Trailtrash is an independent project that hopes to help you get the most out of the 30 mile cycle section of the Tarka Trail in North Devon. Whether you want to know where you can join the trail, where you can hire a bike or where you can stop for a restorative drink, we aim to have the information you need. We'll have links to the websites of businesses along or near the trail and picture galleries to give you a taste of what you can expect to see along the way.
As you read this however we are in the early stages of putting it together so please bear with us and check back every so often and see what's new. Currently in the pipeline is a page full of trivia to liven up your next dinner party(!) and the first in a series of cycling kit reviews.
The majority of the information on the site is garnered from personally riding the trail so if you spot any mistakes in the info posted, drop us a line and we'll happily stand corrected. Also, if you've got a website that you think users of the trail would be interested in then get in touch and we'll add a link to our link page.
Don't be expecting the site to get all flashy and whizz bang mind, we'd rather be out riding on the trail than reading up lengthy tomes on how to add cutting edge video effects and nine speaker surround sound audio tracks!
